COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATION (ELECTRONIC MESSAGE) CONSENT

This document has been prepared pursuant to the Commercial Electronic Communications Act No. 6563 and the "Regulation on Commercial Communications and Commercial Electronic Messages", in order to govern your consent for commercial electronic messages that may be sent to you by Huma Yazılım Anonim Şirketi ("Company", "NUR").
1. SCOPE OF CONSENT
Within the scope of this consent, the Company may send commercial electronic messages on the following topics, through e-mail, SMS (short messages), and push notifications (in-app notifications):
- Announcements regarding new features, content, and application updates
- Promotions, discounts, and special campaigns
- Premium subscription and offer information
- Content recommendations specific to religious days and special months/days
- Surveys, user research, and feedback requests
- Invite reward campaigns
2. COMMUNICATIONS OUTSIDE SCOPE
The following communications do not qualify as commercial electronic messages and fall outside the scope of this consent. They may continue to be sent even after consent is withdrawn:
- Account security notices (suspicious login, password change, etc.)
- Subscription and payment receipts, renewal/cancellation notices
- Account deletion process notices (72-hour countdown, etc.)
- Mandatory notices required under legal obligations
- Service interruptions and technical maintenance announcements
- Verification messages relating to transactions initiated by the User
3. MESSAGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (İYS)
3.1. The consent you provide is also recorded via the Electronic Communications Management System (İYS) — https://iys.org.tr.
3.2. Through the İYS, you may also review, withdraw, or manage your communication consent on a per-channel basis (e-mail/SMS/call).
3.3. Your İYS registration status is periodically synchronized with the Company's systems.
4. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
You may withdraw your communication consent free of charge, at any time, without providing any reason, through the following channels:
4.1. In-App
- By turning off the toggle at "Profile > Privacy & My Permissions > Communication Preferences > Commercial electronic message".
4.2. By E-mail
- By clicking the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of e-mails sent to you.
- By sending a request e-mail to
destek@huma.ist.
4.3. By SMS
- By replying to SMS messages sent to your mobile phone with the word "RED" or "IPTAL".
4.4. Via İYS
- By signing into your account at
https://iys.org.tr.
4.5. Written Application
- By post to the Company's address or by e-mail to
destek@huma.ist.
Your withdrawal request will be reflected in our systems within 3 (three) business days at the latest due to technical requirements.
5. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Your data processed within the scope of your commercial communication consent (name, e-mail, phone, usage-behavior-based personalization) shall be processed under the framework of the KVKK Disclosure Notice and Explicit Consent. Data transmitted to İYS shall be transferred within the scope of our legal record-keeping obligation.
6. STATEMENT OF CONSENT
I hereby declare that I have read and understood this document; and I GRANT EXPLICIT CONSENT and APPROVE the sending of commercial electronic messages, the processing of my personal data for this purpose, and the transfer of my data to the İYS.
I acknowledge that I may benefit from all essential services of the NUR application without granting this consent; only that I will not receive marketing-purpose communications.
